Boudin is the taste of Louisiana. The delicious mixture of meat and rice stuffed into a casing is credited to the Cajuns and Creoles. We know it to be an adaptation of its origin dating back to Nova Scotia and France, however, our mission is to create and serve the best rendition of this Louisiana staple food with the goal of offering customers a taste of quality as well as an amazing experience with boudin and sausages that are homemade.
We envision our company exceeding expectations, expanding and feeding awesome people who appreciate and love our culture of good eats and good times.
